VII. UMG’S PRODUCTS

  1. The Webstore may allow you to:

    • Purchase physical products.
    • Download digital products.
    • Purchase mobile products.

    • Offer services on a subscription basis.
  2. Shipping and delivery dates for limited edition and pre-order sales are not guaranteed.

VIII. PLACING AN ORDER

  8. Shipping dates are not guaranteed unless specified. All timelines are estimated, and UMG is not liable for delays.

  9. If you selected trackable shipping, tracking information will be emailed to you.

  10. Shipping delays may occur if incorrect addresses are provided. UMG is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  11. If an order is returned due to a shipping error, UMG will contact you for an updated address. If no response within ten business days, UMG may refund your order.

  12. UMG reserves the right to ship orders once all items are available or split into multiple shipments at UMG’s discretion. Split shipping options may be offered at checkout.

  13. UMG may offer expedited shipping options, but split shipping is not available for these orders. Expedited shipping timelines are based on when items are ready to ship.

IX. GENERAL DISCLAIMER

  1. Product prices reflect discounts and are limited to stock on hand. Offers are not valid on prior purchases, gift cards, taxes, shipping, or handling charges. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions. Purchaser must pay applicable taxes. UMG may modify or end promotions at any time. Offers apply only to the United States unless noted.

X. PAYMENT

  1. UMG accepts various payment options. Prices exclude sales tax unless stated. UMG may change prices by posting new prices on this Webstore.

  2. By paying, you confirm the card is yours and has sufficient funds.

  3. Prices may exclude delivery charges, calculated at checkout.

  4. Despite efforts, some items may be incorrectly priced. UMG will verify prices and charge the correct amount at dispatch. If the correct price is higher, UMG may contact you or reject your order. UMG is not obligated to provide products at an incorrect price.

  5. Billing occurs before or at dispatch for physical products or at purchase for digital content.

  6. UMG may use third-party services for payments and ensures security for credit card data.

XI. CANCELLATION, DELIVERY, AND USAGE RULES

  1. Digital Content

    • You have a 14-day cancellation period for digital content orders. However, downloading or streaming before this period ends waives this right.
    • Digital content can be accessed via your login details. UMG may send digital or physical goods in partial deliveries.
    • Digital content is for personal, non-commercial use. Contact customercare@umgstores.com for download issues.
    • Defective digital content will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
  2. Physical Products

    • You may cancel physical product orders before shipping by emailing customercare@umgstores.com. If shipped, return for store credit within five days. Refunds follow UMG’s policy.
    • Follow UMG’s return instructions for cancellations. Return items in original condition.
    • Cancellation rights do not apply to unsealed CDs/DVDs, custom products, digital content, final sale items, limited edition merchandise, or worn/washed items.
    • UMG will attempt to fulfill orders by the estimated delivery date but is not liable for delays.
    • Ownership of products transfers upon full payment.

XII. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

  1. Contact customercare@umgstores.com for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders.
    • Provide photo evidence for damaged items. UMG will issue a return label and replace the product upon receipt.
    • Incorrect items will be returned and replaced upon receipt.
    • UMG does not provide return labels for worn or washed items.

XIII. REFUND POLICY

  1. If you cancel a purchase, UMG will process the refund promptly, including standard delivery costs. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  2. If a product is defective, UMG will examine and notify you of the refund.
  3. UMG will notify you if it cancels your order and provide a refund.
  4. Refunds for defective products include delivery charges and return shipping costs.
  5. Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Keep gift cards for refunds.

XIV. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

  1. Technical issues may delay or prevent delivery. Remedies include replacement or refund.
  2. UMG is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect information, inadequate computer requirements, failure to follow instructions, or events beyond UMG’s control.

XV. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS; IMPORT DUTY

  1. International orders may take up to eight weeks for delivery.
  2. International orders may incur import duties and taxes. You are responsible for payment and compliance with local laws. UMG is not liable for breaches.

XVI. GAMES

  1. UMG may offer games and applications on this Webstore, subject to additional terms:
